During the registration process you will need to create Asset Owner (AO) names which must follow the naming convention established by MISO Modeling. “AO ABBREV NAME” must be at least 1 and no longer than 15 characters, “AO LEGAL NAME” must be at least 4 and no longer than 65 characters, and the “MP ABBREV NAME” is simply their Entity Code. Important note – “AO ABBREV NAME” and “AO LEGAL NAME” cannot be identical. Please review the example below:
