Battery storage can be registered as Behind-the-Meter Generation (BTMG).
 
Battery storage resources are eligible to qualify as a BTMG-type LMR and are subject to the same qualification criteria described as BTMG. This includes a requirement for battery storage resources to be capable of a continuous discharge of 4 hours after being issued a Scheduling Instruction.
