  1. Log in to your profile on the MISO public web site  

  1. Open the online Access Request Form and select “Renew existing access”  

  1. When you see the question “Has it been more that 45 days since you’ve logged in to Citrix?” select “NO” 

  1. Click Submit 

  1. Allow 7-10 Business Days for your Access Request for Citrix to be processed. 

  1. CSR Rep notifies user when access is completed.
