Congestion Management Day Ahead (DA) to Real Time (RT)

Day Ahead models include  expected system conditions. Many variables, such as unplanned  outages or weather events occurring after the clearing of the Day Ahead market can result in congestion patterns in Real Time which were not observed in Day Ahead.
