For inclusion in the Day Ahead Market clearing, bids and offers must be submitted prior to the closing of the Day Ahead Market (1030 Eastern Prevailing Time). The MISO Tariff does not permit changes to Day Ahead bids or offers after the Day Ahead Market has closed.
