Daylight Savings Time does not influence the bid submittal time, MISO submission deadlines are observed in Prevailing Time.  Day Ahead Market closes and Bids and Offers must be submitted prior to 10:30 EPT = 9:30 CPT on a year around basis.
 
Daylight Savings Time (DST) does not influence the bid/offer data window.  You still need to submit 24 hourly bids/offers based on the Operating Day in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
