Daylight Savings Time does not influence the bid/offer data window. Market Participants still submit 24 hours offer data based on Eastern Standard Time which MISO recognizes as an official Operating Day (OD).
Daylight Savings Time does not influence the submittal time. Before the operating day of the time change, bids and offers must be submitted before 10:30 Eastern Prevailing Time (0930 CPT).
