Generation Interconnection (GI) Resource Location

Before beginning the Generation Interconnection application,  applicants should determine whether their resource is located within MISO territory before identifying a Point of Interconnection (POI). To make this determination, first, please review the Transferred Transmission Facilities listings, which will help you look up valid Points of Interconnection.
 
From these you can evaluate substations as potential POI by using the POI Map (POI Self-Check tool). On this page, you can also review the Queue map.
