Impact of Net Peak Load Forecast (NPLF) Increase on ARR Entitlements

In the event of an increase in their Net Peak Load Forecast (NPLF), some Market Participants could see an adjustment of their Auction Revenue Rights (ARR).

In Non-Retail Choice States: ARR Entitlements will not automatically increase if the NPLF increases. Market Participants could increase their ARR Entitlements in an ARR Zone by participating in the yearly Reserved Source Point process.
 
In Retail Choice States: Market Participants within the ARR Zones representing retail load in the retail choice states, particularly IP.AZ, CIPS.AZ, CILC.AZ, DECO.AZ and CONS.AZ will have their network ARR Entitlements adjusted among the prospective Market Participants in that ARR Zone in the ratio of the annual NPLF for the next Annual ARR Allocation period. Market Participants could still increase their ARR Entitlements in the ARR Zone by participating in the yearly Reserved Source Point process.
