An Asset Owner may transfer an asset in the middle of a model cycle, pending the sale of the asset. Both the current Asset Owner and future Asset Owner must be registered Market Participants. One of the following two scenarios may occur.
If the transfer closing date is known and will not change, both Market Participants can list the asset on their Attachment B forms. If the closing date of the sale is unknown, please refer to the Ad hoc Generator Ownership transfer process as outlined in BPM 010 (Network and Commercial Model).
