If a Point to Point (PTP) Market Participant (MP) does not participate in the Reserved Source Point (RSP) process, they are still eligible for Stage 2 ARR compensation. The eligible MW will be determined by the final result of allocation, and the dollar amount will be determined by the final result Annual Auction. The number of MWs times the dollar amount will be the Stage 2 ARR compensation.
