Before requesting Citrix Account Access, verify that you meet the following three conditions:
1) Be employed by a MISO Transmission Owner (TO) or a Local Balancing Authority (LBA).
2) Have a Critical Energy Infrastructure Information Non-Disclosure Agreement (CEII NDA) on file with MISO.
3) Be listed on the Appendix A of your company’s Universal Non-Disclosure Agreement (UNDA) as a Transmission/Reliability function employee.
- If you qualify, please complete the following steps.
1. Log in to your profile on the MISO public web site.
2. Complete an online Access Request Form

3. Select the option to request Citrix access in the Access Request Form.
4. Click Submit.
5. Allow 7-10 Business Days for processing
6. Someone from MISO will email the Citrix user when the request is completed.
