A Market Participant (MP) wishing to terminate their status as an MP must complete Attachment C – MP Termination Form, signed by the General Contact, Authorized Contact, Officer of the Company, or the Mayor of the city (if  a Municipality) and submit it to  Register@misoenergy.org. The Attachment C shall be post-dated for the effective date of the actual termination, allowing a minimum of five-business days for processing.
