All Generation Resources, External Resources, Demand Response Resources (DRR) backed by behind-the-meter generation (BTMG), and BTMG that intend to qualify as Planning Resources are required to perform a real power test or provide past operational data that meets these requirements to determine the resource’s GVTC and submit the GVTC data to MISO’s PowerGADS through the MISO Market Portal.
